With 8+ years of design experience, I play multiple roles from UX designer to business strategist and everything in between to make sure an idea comes to life. My strength is the ability to find the right balance between user needs and business needs.
Driven by purpose
I have been working at Unpaper.com as a Lead UX Designer. During this experience, I had the chance to manage a team, create a product/brand, implement the process, hire people, assist the marketing team, and much more. Besides that, I was working for multiple clients as a Freelance UX Consultant/Designer during my spare time. These dozens of projects allowed me to get out of my comfort zone to continuously build efficient and clean product experience.
On a daily basis, I design new features with a human-centered approach with the product teams. Create product and design strategies with the business teams. Develop marketing strategies and stories with marketing teams.
Besides that, I improve and maintain our Design System while managing multiple team members by ensuring they have every element needed in their personal growth.
